(from idea to a realistic project)A collaboration designed for projects before launch or in early stages.I help you look at your idea realistically before you invest more time and money. Together, we work on concept, economics, product, and execution strategy.The goal is to remove the “rose-colored glasses”, uncover weak spots, and build the project on solid foundations.It’s always better to adjust direction early than to fix it later.Launch is the phase where the most expensive mistakes are made — you just don’t see them yet.
